Hon'ble Siddhartha Sah, J.
Mr. Rishab Ranghar, learned counsel for the petitioner.
2. By means of the present writ petition, the petitioner has sought quashing of the impugned order dated 14.01.2026, passed by the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), Vikasnagar, Dehradun, in Original Suit No. 13 of 2026, Pankaj Nagalia vs. Satish Aggarwal, limited to the extent that the ex-parte interim injunction was refused to be granted in favour of the petitioner, while further directing the respondent not to trespass into the property in suit forcibly and without due course of law.
3. A perusal of the impugned order dated 14.01.2026 would reveal that, by means of the said order dated 14.01.2026, the trial court has issued notice on the temporary injunction application bearing No. 6C2.
4. In such view of the matter, the writ petition stands disposed of with a request to the trial court to decide the temporary injunction application (6C2) without granting any adjournments to any party and at the earliest.
5. With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition and the urgency application stand disposed of accordingly.
