3. Since a Coordinate Bench has already passed the order dated 30.01.2026 in WPSB No.44 of 2026 and the State Counsel does not deny that the petitioner is identically placed, hence, there shall be an interim order in terms of the order passed by the Coordinate Bench of this Court.

4. Learned counsel for the State prays for and is granted four weeks' time to file counter affidavit.

5. List thereafter along with WPSB Nos.44 of 2026 and 45 of 2026.
