Mr. Munish Bhardwaj, learned counsel for the petitioner.

2. The present writ petition is directed against the judgment and order dated 27.01.2026 passed by respondent no. 1, i.e., the Second Appellate Authority, in Second Appeal No. 43913/43914, whereby the second appeal preferred by the petitioner was dismissed on the ground that Rishikul Vidyapeeth Brahmacharyashram, Kankhal, Haridwar, from which the information was sought by the petitioner, is a private institution and does not fall within the ambit of the RTI Act, 2005.

3. Issue notice to the respondents, returnable within six weeks.

4. Steps to be taken within three days.

5. List on 22.04.2026.

6. In the meantime, respondents may file the counter affidavit.
