Mr. Siddhartha Jain, learned counsel for the petitioner.

2. Mr. N.S. Pundir, learned Deputy Advocate General for the State.

3. Petitioner is a secured creditor who wants to initiate the proceeding against the borrower for recovery of the loan amount and the interest under the provisions of SARFAESI Act, 2002.

4. It is the contention of learned counsel for the petitioner that an application under Section 14 of the SARFAESI Act, 2002 was allowed on 11.06.2025 by ADM, U.S. Nagar and the SSP, U.S. Nagar was directed to handover the physical possession of the secured asset to the petitioner within one month. The one month period was expired on 11.07.2025, but that has yet not been done. Thus, petitioner is before this Court.

5. Learned Deputy Advocate General seeks and is granted two days' time to seek instructions in the matter.
