2. Mr. Atul Bhatt, learned C.G.S.C. for Union of India/respondents.

3. Controversy involved in the present writ petition is a very limited one, whereby, petitioner wants to get change her date of birth in the Aadhar Card as per Matriculation Certificate.

4. The contention of petitioner is that she has to apply for Graduation through Samarth Portal of the Government of Uttarakhand, wherein, procedure is that date of birth in Aadhar Card should be match with that of in Matriculation Certificate, therefore, her application form has not been received by the Samarth Portal. For this reason, petitioner is in great difficulty.

5. She filed present writ petition for the aforesaid purposes for a direction to respondents for permitting her to change the date of birth in Aadhar Card.

6. Learned counsel for respondents prays for and is granted a week's time to seek instructions in the matter.
