1. Mr. H.M. Bhatia and Mr. Kishore Rai, learned counsel for the revisionist.

2. Mr. Sandeep Sharma, learned AGA for the State.

3. In the pre lunch, both the parties were present and they were directed to appear before the Counsellor, who interacted with them and submitted it's report.

4. I perused the Counsellor's report and comes to the conclusion that at this juncture instead of resolving their matrimonial dispute, interest of their son, who is aged about 15 years has to be protected.

5. As per Counsellor's report, son is being deprived from love, care, affection and guidance from both father and mother, which is not acceptable. Since the son in his teen age and as such, bonding attachment with parents, right guardianship in a healthy environment is essential for social mental growth of a child and parents cannot be replaced by any relatives or persons.

6. In such view of the matter, this Court is of the view that Counsellor should interact with the son as well.

7. In such view of the matter, respondent - wife is directed to be present with her son on 24.02.2026 at 11.00 a.m. before the Counsellor. Counsellor and Counsellor shall interact with the son separately as well as jointly and in the presence of father also and the matter be placed before this Court on same dated i.e. on 24.02.2026 at 04.00 p.m.
