1. Mr. Abhishek Dutt, learned counsel for the revisionist.
2. Mr. Tumul Nainwal, learned A.G.A. with Mrs. Meenakshi Shama and Mrs. Sweta Badola Dobhal, learned Brief Holders for the State.
3. The instant criminal revision has been preferred by the revisionist 'Deepak @ Manoj' S/o Uma Shankar against the judgment and order passed by the Trial Court convicting him under sections 279, 304-A and 338 of IPC with the maximum sentence of six months rigorous imprisonment with a fine of Rs. 2,000/-.
4. As per the office report, the revision is well within time.
5. Admit.
6. Summon the Trial Court record.
7. Heard on the bail application.
8. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the revisionist that the maximum sentence as awarded is six months R.I. and he was on bail during trial and, therefore, the revisionist be released on bail during the pendency of criminal revision.
9. The State have no objection on this.
10. In such view of the matter, the bail application is allowed.
11. Let the revisionist 'Deepak @ Manoj' be released on bail during the pendency of criminal revision on furnishing his personal bond and two reliable sureties each of the like amount to the satisfaction of the court concerned.
12. List this matter on 11.05.2026.
