2. Mr. Shiv Bhatt and Ms. Kumkum Bhatt, Advocates for the respondents.

3. Petitioner was engaged on contract as Junior Engineer in Bridge, Ropeway, Tunnel and other Infrastructure Development Corporation, Uttarakhand.

4. It is contended that the work, which allegedly was found to be unsatisfactory, is not part of contract.

5. Mr. Shiv Bhatt, learned counsel appearing for the respondents placed certain documents before the Court, however, those documents do not indicate that the work, for which petitioner has been terminated from service was part of the contract.

6. This Court is prima facie satisfied that there is no material whatsoever for forming an opinion that petitioner is guilty of not supervising the work properly.

7. Let counter affidavit be filed within three weeks.

8. List on 12.05.2026.

9. Till the next date of listing, impugned termination order dated 17.03.2026, shall remain stayed.

10. Interim Relief Application (IA No. 1 of 2026) stands disposed of.
