2. Mr. Ashish Joshi, learned counsel for respondent nos.1 & 2-PNB Bank.

3. Mr. Suyash Pant, learned Standing Counsel for the State/respondent no.3.

4. This writ petition was filed by the petitioner for a direction to the respondent-Bank to defreeze the Account No.9964999199923668 maintained in the PNB Bhowali Branch, District Nainital.

5. This Court vide order dated 07.04.2026 asked learned counsel appearing for respondent nos.1 & 2-PNB as to why despite renewal certificate having been submitted by the petitioner, account has not been defreezed.

6. Today, though instructions have been received, but the instructions are incomprehensible and they are required to be clarified by the respondent-PNB.

7. Put up on 13.04.2026 as fresh enabling learned counsel for the respondent nos.1 & 2-PNB to explain the instructions.
