Mr. Deep Chandra Joshi, learned counsel for the Appellant/Complainant.
2. Mr. S.S. Chauhan, learned DAG with Mr. Pramod Tewari, learned AGA with Mr. Vikash Uniyal, learned Brief Holder, for the State of Uttarakhand.
3. The present application has been filed by the Appellant/Complainant seeking special leave to appeal against the judgment and order dated 10.03.2026 passed by the court of learned 1st Additional District and Session Judge, District Haridwar in Session Trial No.298 of 2022, "State of Uttarakhand Vs. Azaj and others" and in Session Trial No.64 of 2023, "State of Uttarakhand Vs. Ijajul @ Bhura and others", whereby the accused/private Respondents were acquitted by the learned court below.

5. Issue notice to the Respondent Nos.2 to 5. Steps to be taken within a week.
6. The matter needs consideration. Let the Trial Court Record be summoned. After receipt of the same, let the paper- book be prepared and supplied to the learned counsel for the parties on the payment of usual charges.
