3. Pursuant to the order passed by this Court, State has filed a supplementary affidavit along with misc. application (IA No.14599/2025). The same is taken on record. Misc. application stands disposed of accordingly.

4. By the instant supplementary affidavit, respondent/State has filed the Muster Roll of the petitioner from 01.06.1987 to 31.05.1988.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for and is granted four weeks' time to file objections to the supplementary affidavit.
