1. Mr. Abhijay Negi, learned counsel for appellant.
2. Mr. Rajendra Dobhal, learned Senior Counsel assisted by Mr. Akshay Pradhan, learned counsel for the respondent.
3. The respondent-husband has filed I.A. No. 17 of 2026 along with his affidavit disclosing the financial plan for the minor daughter, proposed residential & parenting arrangement and his willingness to maintain his wife subject to her own earning capacity. The appellant-wife has filed an affidavit in rebuttal and one of the pleas set out in paragraph 39 is regarding stree dhan allegedly in possession of the respondent.
4. The respondent has appeared through VC and he denies the statement of fact in paragraph 39 of the affidavit of the appellant. He seeks time to file his affidavit in rebuttal.
5. As prayed, time is allowed to the respondent to file his affidavit in response to the affidavit of the appellant.
