3. The restoration application has been moved by the petitioner. The writ petition was dismissed in default on 23.02.2024. It is contended in the restoration application that the counsel for the petitioner on the date fixed was ill and was admitted in Leelawati Hospital, Mumbai.
4. The objection has been filed.
5. There is a delay of 130 days. The delay is well explained, even the reasons as given in the restoration application is also well explained.
6. In such view of the matter, the restoration application as well as delay condonation application is allowed and the writ petition is restored to its original number.
7. List this matter after two weeks.
