2. Mr. S.C. Bhatt, learned counsel for the respondent.

3. In the instant appeal, the appellant has challenged the judgment and order dated 08.09.2017 passed in Civil Suit No.09 of 2014, Lalit Mohan Bhatt Vs. Smt. Munni @ Meena Devi, by the court of Judge Family Court, Camp Court-Khatima District Udham Singh Nagar, by which petition filed by the appellant under Section 13 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 has been rejected.

4. During the course of hearing, the matter was referred to mediation. Mediation has been successful and parties have also recorded a settlement/ agreement on 11.07.2024. Thereafter, the parties have sought certain time, so that they may comply with the terms of the settlement/agreement.

5. Today, learned counsel for both the parties submit that the appeal may be decided in terms of settlement/agreement as arrived between the parties on 11.07.2024.

6. Since the matter is amicably settled, the appeal is decided accordingly, in terms of settlement/ agreement dated 11.07.2024, which was executed by the parties during mediation. The settlement/agreement dated 11.07.2024 shall form part of this order.
