2. Mr. S.S. Chauhan, learned Deputy Advocate General with Mr. Bhaskar Chandra Joshi, learned AGA for the State.
3. Mr. Lokendra Dobhal, learned counsel for Respondent no.2.
4. The present matter relates to a promissory note (cheque) amounting to Rs.3,00,000/- which was dishonoured on the ground of insufficient fund.
5. As per record, the revisionist was granted bail on 25.08.2023 with the condition that revisionist shall deposit the penalty amount imposed on him by the impugned judgment. But it was not done and record shows that the said amount has not been paid.
6. Learned counsel for respondent no.2 Mr. Lokendra Dobhal makes a submission that he had moved a bail cancellation application as the revisionist had defaulted the condition of the said bail.
7. Whereas learned counsel for the revisionist exhibits a draft amounting to Rs.1,00,000/-said to be paid to respondent no.2.
8. Since the matter relates to breach of bail and not complying with the Court's order dated 25.08.2023, both the parties, revisionist and respondent no.2 are directed to present before this Court on the next date of listing alongwith their counsel.
