The matter was heard today. The Court proceeded to dictate the judgment. It was revealed that, in fact, the respondent no.1 has never been represented in this case.
The respondent no.3 has once put his appearance. The respondent no.2 is represented even today.
Even the respondent no.1 has not been served through any standing counsel.
Learned counsel for the appellant seeks permission to serve on the learned standing counsel for the respondent no.1 or else he seeks further permission to serve on the respondent no.1 through Dasti notice.
