The service is sufficient on the respondent. Instant appeal is preferred against the judgment and order dated 06.04.2024 passed in Original Case No. 601 of 2022, Soniya Saini v. Bansilal, by the court of Additional Judge, Family Court, Roorkee, District Haridwar, by which the suit filed by the appellant seeking decree of dissolution of marriage has been dismissed. The appeal is delayed by 155 days. A delay condonation application has been filed. Heard on delay condonation application. Having considered, this Court is of the view that there are good grounds to condone the delay. The delay in preferring the appeal is condoned. Delay Condonation Application is allowed accordingly.
