2. Petitioner was declared selected for the post of Junior Fireman; however, he was denied appointment because of pendency of Writ Petition (S/S) No. 2316 of 2022.

3. This Court has dismissed the said writ petition, therefore, in view of the judgment rendered in the said case, no further orders are needed in the present petition.

4. Mr. Piyush Garg, learned counsel appearing for ONGC submits that necessary orders shall be issued within four weeks, as per law.
