An application under Section 173(4) of the Bharatiya Nagarika Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 was filed by the applicant. The said application was dismissed. The Magistrate held that the case is of civil nature. A Criminal Revision (Criminal Revision No.02 of 2025) was filed. The said Revision has been dismissed vide judgment dated 08.09.2025, passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Tehri Garhwal.
