Mr. Neeraj Garg, learned counsel for the Revisionist.

2. The present criminal revision under Section 19 of Family Court Act, 1984 read with Section 438 of BNSS, 2023 is moved on behalf of the Revisionist to direct the Respondent to pay sum of Rs.2,00,000/- per month as maintenance to the Revisionist from the date of application i.e. 03.10.2019 and impugned judgment and order dated 03.10.2025 passed by learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Dehradun in Criminal Case No.434 of 2019, titled as "Smt. Priya Bhardwaj vs. Manish Batra", be modified accordingly, whereby the application for maintenance under Section 125 Cr.P.C. filed by the Revisionist has been decided by directing the Respondent to pay amount of Rs.60,000/- per month as maintenance to Revisionist from the date of order.

5. Issue notices to the Respondent, returnable within two weeks. Steps to be taken within one week.

6. Objections, if any, to be filed by the Respondent within three weeks.
