Mr. Sharad Tandon, learned counsel for the Revisionist appearing through V.C.

2. Mr. Ravindra S Rawat, learned counsel for the respondent.

3. Learned counsel for the revisionist appearing through V.C. makes a submission that there may be chances that the parties may reconcile the matter as revisionist is willing to take the respondent wife; the representation of respondent no.1/wife is being made by learned counsel Mr. Ravindra S. Rawat, who asserts to the submission that there may be chances and both the parties may be referred to mediation.

4. Since the revisionist happens to be a resident of Bareilly, State of Uttar Pradesh and the respondent is residing with the parents at Rudrapur, Udham Singh Nagar, the Secretary, DLSA, Rudrapur, Udham Singh Nagar is requested to draw proceedings of mediation between the parties. The revisionist is directed to visit the office of the learned Secretary, DLSA, Rudrapur on 17.11.2025.

5. Both the learned counsels are requested to convey the message of this Court regarding mediation and a letter be written to the learned Secretary, DLSA, Rudrapur, Udham Singh Nagar in this regard.

6. List this matter on 24.11.2025.

7. As an interim measure till the next date of listing effect and operation of impugned judgment and order dated 21.03.2025 passed by learned Judge, Family Court, Udham Singh Nagar in Criminal Case No.133 of 2020 Smt. Poonam Kapoor vs. Rishi Kapoor shall remain stayed subject to the condition that revisionist shall deposit Rs.2,00,000/- of the arrear amount within three weeks.

8. Stay application as well as urgency application stand disposed of.
