3. By means of the present criminal revision, the revisionist has challenged the impugned judgement and order dated 10.09.2025 passed by learned IInd Additional Sessions Judge, Nainital in Criminal Appeal No.37 of 2022 (FIR No.55 of 2024) Kunwar Singh Dev vs. State of Uttarakhand and another for the offence punishable under Section 420 & 471 of IPC as well as the judgment and order dated 27.04.2022 passed by learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nainital in Criminal Case No.1563 of 2016, State vs. Kunwar Singh Dev.
5. The matter is listed for disposal of bail application.
6. Learned counsel for the revisionist submits that revisionist was on bail during pendency of appeal as well as trial and he has never misused the same.
7. List this matter on 28.11.2025.
8. Heard on bail application.
9. Without going into the merits of the case and considering the fact and circumstances of the case, this court finds it sufficient to enlarge the revisionist on bail. Let the revisionist-Kunwar Singh Dev be released on bail on his furnishing a personal bond and two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of the court concerned during the pendency of this revision.
10. Bail Application stands disposed of.
