(2) Appellant has been convicted for offences punishable under Section 120B, 420, 477A IPC and Section 13(2) read with Section 13(1)(d) of Prevention of Corruption Act and maximum jail sentence imposed on the appellant is to undergo rigorous imprisonment of two years for the offence under Section 13(2) read with Section 13(1)(d) of Prevention of Corruption Act, vide judgment and order dated 29.09.2025, rendered by learned Special Judge, Anti Corruption (CBI) / IIIrd Additional Sessions Judge, Dehradun in CBI Case No. 03 of 2011. Challenging the said judgment, this appeal has been filed by the appellant.

                                 (5)       Heard learned counsel for the

parties on the bail application. (6) Learned Counsel for the appellant submits that learned Special Judge, Anti Corruption (CBI) has granted interim bail to appellant for a period of thirty days, vide order dated 29.09.2025, which would expire on 28.10.2025. He further submits that interim bail granted to all other co-accused have been made absolute by this Court. Thus, it is prayed that interim bail granted to present appellant by trial court be made absolute.

(7) In such view of the matter, the interim bail, granted to the appellant by trial court, is made absolute on the same terms and condition as was imposed by learned trial court.

(8) Bail application (IA No. 1 of 2025) stands disposed of.

(9) List this case in due course. (10) Let certified copy of this order be supplied to the appellant within 24 hours.
