Review Application (MCC No.2 of 2025)

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner has moved a review application seeking to review the judgment in Writ Petition (M/S) No.2577 of 2025, Executive Engineer Electricity Distribution Division Vs. M/s Agron Remedies Pvt. Ltd. which was dismissed vide judgment dated 08.09.2025.

3. A review cannot be an appeal in disguise and is only permissible when there is an apparent error on the face of the order. From perusal of the review application as well as of the judgment and order under review, it transpires that no apparent error on the face of record is reflected. Hence review/recall application deserves to be rejected.

4. The same is accordingly rejected.
