2. Petitioner alleges disobedience of order dated 10.10.2018 passed in WPSS No. 2329 of 2018. According to him, the said judgment was affirmed by Division Bench vide judgment dated 06.05.2019 and the Hon'ble Supreme Court dismissed the Appeal filed by the State of Uttarakhand, vide order dated 15.10.2024. Thus, it is contended that the contempt petition is within period of limitation.
