2. Petitioner has sought enforcement of order passed by learned Single Judge in WPSS No. 2391 of 2016, which according to him, was affirmed by Division Bench of this Court, vide judgment dated 28.08.2024. Thus, it is contended that the contempt petition is within the period of limitation.
