1. Mr. Tapan Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner.

2. Mr. Saurabh Kumar Pandey, learned counsel for the respondent.

3. By the instant writ petition the petitioner is praying for the following reliefs:

i. "Issue a writ, order or direction, quashing the impugned the suspension order dated 23.08.2007 passed by the respondent no. 3 (contained as Annexure No. 1 to this writ petition), the termination order dated 05.11.2007 passed by the respondent no. 3 (contained as Annexure No. 5 to this writ petition), inquiry report dated 04.11.2007 (contained as Annexure No. 7 to this writ petition) and order/letter dated 11.01.2020 passed by the respondent no. 3 (contained as Annexure No. 10 to this writ petition).

ii. Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent reinstate the petitioner on the post of Lab Technician B.Pharma along full back wages."

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the issue as raised in this petition is squarely covered by the judgment of the Division Bench dated 09.05.2013 passed in WPSB No. 27 of 2008 'Dr. Arun Kumar vs. Chancellor Gurukul Kangri Vishwavidyalya and Others' as well as judgment rendered in WPSB No. 76 of 2008 'Dr. Rajeev Sharma vs. Chancellor, Gurukul Kangri Vishwavidyalaya and Others' and WPSB No. 21 of 2008 'Dr. Manoj Kumar vs. Chancellor, Gurukul Kangri Vishwavidyalaya and Others'.

5. Learned counsel for the respondents Mr. Saurabh Kumar Pandey have not disputed this fact that the issue as raised in this petition is squarely covered by the aforesaid judgments.

6. In view of the submission as advanced by the learned counsel for the parties, the instant 2025:UHC:8784 writ petition is disposed of in terms of the
