2. Ms. Meenakshi, learned counsel holding brief of Mr. Rajesh Joshi, learned counsel for Respondent.

3. The present Criminal Revision has been filed by the Revisionist/wife with the prayer to allow the Revision, quashing and setting aside the judgment and order dated 03.03.2025 passed by the Principal Judge, Family Court, Nainital in Misc. Criminal Case No. 11 of 2021 under Section 125 Cr.P.C.

4. The primary relief sought is enhancement of the maintenance amount in light of the orders passed, and for quashing and setting aside the judgment dated 03.03.2025 passed by the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Nainital in Misc. Criminal Case No. 11 of 2021 under Section 125 Cr.P.C., "Smt. Annu Kamboj vs. Saurabh Kamboj".
