                               Hon'ble Manoj Kumar Tiwari, J.

Mr. Bhuwan Bhatt and Mr. Vikas Kumar Guglani, Counsel for the petitioners.

                                        Mr. Suyash Pant, Standing
                               Counsel, for the State.
                               (2) Since common questions of fact

and law are involved in both the writ petitions, therefore, these are being decided together by this common judgment. However, for brevity, facts of Writ Petition (M/S) No. 46 of 2025 alone are being considered and discussed here. (3) Petitioner was appointed as Notary under Notaries Act in the year 2000. His license of practice was renewed from time to time, however, by order dated 6.12.2024, State Government has refused to renew his license of practice on the ground that he has practiced for more than ten years and with a view to give opportunity to young and energetic persons.

(4) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that issue raised in these writ petitions is covered by the judgment dated

of 2025 (MS), therefore, this petition be decided in terms of the said judgment. (5) Learned State Counsel concedes that the reason for non-renewal of petitioner's license of practice is the same as was in Writ Petition No. 7 of 2025 (MS). Thus he submits that he has no objection if these petitions are decided in terms of the said judgment.

2025:UHC:9716

(6) Accordingly, these writ petitions are decided in terms of judgment dated

of 2025 (MS).
