4. Order on Correction Application No. MCRC No. 4 of 2025 Correction Application (MCRC No. 4 of 2025) is allowed.

Accordingly, let the order dated 09.04.2015 be read as under:

(a) in paragraph No. 1 date "31.10.2014"

be substituted in place of date "31.10.2024";

(b) in paragraph 3 at 8th line of the Order, words "who have not been" be substituted in place of words "have been";

(c) name "Ashok Kumar" be substituted in place of name "Kishan Pal" in 3rd line of para 5;

(d) words "present applicants" be substituted in place of word "them" in the last line of para 6;

(e) in last paragraph date "31.10.2014", be substituted in place of date "31.10.2024";

(f) words "present applicants" be substituted in place of word "accused"

in 8th line of the judgment;

(g) and sequence of paragraphs be read in seriatim.
