None is present on behalf of the revisionist even in the revised call.
2. Mr. Vipul Painuly, learned AGA for the State.
3. This is the criminal revision of 2013 against the judgment and order dated 10.09.2013, whereby, the appeal preferred by the revisionist was dismissed and the judgment and order dated 30.06.2010 passed in Criminal Case No.5 of 2010, State vs. Sameer Singh, under Section 60 of the Excise Act, whereby, the revisionist has been convicted, was affirmed.
4. On perusal of the record, it transpires that by the order passed by the learned trial court, the revisionist has been convicted under Section 60 of the Excise Act and sentenced six months simple imprisonment and a fine of Rs.6,000/- with default stipulation.
5. When the revision was preferred against the aforesaid judgment and order, the revisionist was released on bail by this Court vide order dated 28.10.2023.
6. Today, neither the revisionist nor his advocate is present before this Court.
7. In this view of the matter, let non bailable warrant be issued against the revisionist through CJM concerned.
8. List this case on 25.06.2025.
