Learned counsel for the petitioners prays leave to withdraw the instant writ petition with liberty to file a fresh writ petition on the same cause of action.
2. Liberty is sought on the ground that some of the Annexures are wrongly marked.
3. Reserving such liberty, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
4. The record of the instant writ petition shall be put up in the fresh writ petition that may be filed.
