Ms. Monika Pant, learned counsel for the appellant/Insurance Company through Video Conferencing.

2. This appeal is preferred against the judgment and award dated 25.01.2025 passed by M.A.C.T., Haridwar/Additional District Judge, Khatima, District Udham Singh Nagar in M.A.C.P. No. 8 of 2022, whereby the Tribunal has awarded compensation of `5,25,000/- in favour of the respondent nos.1 & 2/claimant.

4. Counsel for the appellant/Insurance Company would submit that the impugned award is unsustainable in the eyes of law as the same has been passed by the Tribunal without considering the facts and evidence available on record.

5. Issue notices to respondent nos. 3 & 4 through ordinary process and registered post acknowledgment due as well as through e-mail and whatsapp, if available.

6. Steps to be taken within three weeks.

7. List this case on 04.08.2025 for hearing on admission.

8. Till the next date of listing, the execution of the impugned judgment and award dated 25.01.2025 passed by M.A.C.T., Haridwar/Additional District Judge, Khatima, District Udham Singh Nagar in M.A.C.P. No. 8 of 2022 shall remain stayed subject to condition that the appellant/Insurance Company shall deposit the entire awarded amount along with interest before the concerned Tribunal within a period of three weeks from today.
