3. Present Second Appeal is filed against the judgment and order dated 21.10.2022, passed by learned Civil Judge, Almora, as well as the judgement and order dated 09.09.2024 passed by learned Additional District & Sessions Judge, whereby the appeal filed by the appellant has also been dismissed.

4. Office report indicates that there is delay of 32 days in filing the second appeal, which is not seriously opposed by learned counsel for the respondent.

5. Delay is condoned.

6. List this Second Appeal for admission on 26th June, 2025.
