In the present Application filed under Section 528 of Bhartiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, the Applicant wishes to quash the impugned judgment and final order dated 18.05.2024 passed by the First Additional Sessions Judge, Haridwar in Criminal Revision No. 229 of 2022, titled as "Puran Chandra vs. State of Uttarakhand & Others" and order dated 07.05.2022 passed by learned Judicial Magistrate First, District Haridwar in Misc. Case No. 63 of 2022, titled as "Puran Chandra vs. Anil Kumar Jain Others", for the offence punishable under Section 156(3) of Cr.P.C.

4. Considering the submissions advanced by the learned counsel on behalf of the Applicant, an interference is being called for in the matter.

5. Admit.

6. Issue notices to the respondent nos.2 & 3, returnable within two weeks. Steps to be taken within one week.

7. Objection to be filed by the respondents within a period of three weeks.

8. List this matter on 28.07.2025.
