2. Mr. S.S. Chauhan, learned DAG along with Mr. Vikash Uniyal, learned Brief Holder for the State.
3. None appears for the private respondent.
4. It is informed by learned counsel for the petitioner that after filing of the charge-sheet pursuant to the FIR impugned in the present criminal writ petition, petitioners have challenged the charge-sheet before this Court by filing a C482 No.934 of 2024, Mohd. Asim & another vs. State of Uttarakhand & another and on the basis of a compounding, the criminal proceedings have been quashed by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide its judgment and order dated 20.06.2024.
5. The said fact is not disputed by learned State Counsel.
6. In view of the statement made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the writ petition has rendered infructuous. Accordingly, the same is dismissed as such.
7. Pending application, if any, stands disposed of accordingly.
