2. Mr. Siddhartha Sah, learned counsel for the Caveator.

3. After some length of arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner pressed the Stay Application.

4. Having heard the learned counsel for the parties and upon perusal of the documents on record, it is directed that the effect and operation of the judgment and order dated 18.06.2025, passed by the learned District Judge, Nainital, in SCC Revision No. 06 of 2024, Om Prakash Sah vs. Umrao Singh Negi and Others, shall remain stayed until the next date of listing.

6. In the meantime, the counter affidavit/objections, if any, may be filed.

7. The Stay Application (IA No. 1 of 2025) stands disposed of accordingly.
