2. Mr. S.C. Dumka, AGA with Ms. Sweta Dobhal, Brief Holder for the State.

3. None is present for respondent no.2.

4. Supplementary affidavit is taken on record. Miscellaneous Application (IA No.2 of 2024) stands disposed of accordingly.

5. Vide order dated 13.05.2025, a Coordinate Bench of this Court passed the conditional order for staying the effect and operation of the impugned judgment and order dated 08.08.2024 passed by the learned Family Court, Kashipur, District Udham Singh Nagar, subject to payment of Rs.1,00,000/-(One Lakh Rupees) in the account of respondent no.2.

6. Learned counsel for the revisionist submits that he has paid the said amount, but there is no proof of this fact on record. Therefore, learned counsel for the revisionist is directed to file an affidavit stating the said proof of fact within seven days.

7. List this case on 05.08.2025.

8. Interim order dated 13.05.2025 is extended till the next date of listing.
