1. Mr. Sanjay Bhatt and Mr. Prem Prakash Bhatt, learned counsel for the petitioners.

2. Mr. N. S. Pundir, learned Dy.A.G. along with Mr. Sachin Mehta, learned Brief Holder for the State.

3. Mr. Rajendra Dobhal, learned Senior counsel assisted by Mr. Bhupendra Singh Bora, learned counsel for the respondent Nos.2 and 3.

4. The petitioners are praying for the following relief(s):-

"i. A writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the Respondents to treat the entire services of Petitioners as daily wager with effect from their initial date of appointment and consequently consider them claim for regularization on the respective posts occupied by them or on any other equivalent posts w.e.f. the date of their initial engagement and pay them all consequential benefits.

ii. Any other order or direction which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper under the facts and circumstances of the case."

5. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the issue, as raised in this petition, is squarely covered by the judgement rendered by this Court on 06.01.2025 in bunch of petitions leading one WPSS No.436 of 2024, "Ajay Kumar and Others versus State of Uttarakhand and Others".

6. Mr. Rajendra Dobhal, learned Senior counsel assisted by Mr. Bhupendra Singh Bora, learned counsel for the respondent Nos.2 and 3 also fairly submits that the issue as raised in this petition is squarely covered by the aforesaid judgment.

7. In view of the submission as advanced by learned counsel for the parties, the present writ petition is disposed of in terms of the judgement passed by this Court on 06.01.2025 in bunch of petitions leading one WPSS No. 436 of 2024.
