The present criminal revision under Section 438/442 of BNSS is moved on behalf of the Revisionist to set-aside the judgment and order dated 16.12.2025 passed by learned Second Additional District & Session Judge, Udham Singh Nagar in Criminal Appeal No.276 of 2019, titled as "Dilbagh Singh vs. State of Uttarakhand" along with the judgment and order dated 21.08.2019 passed by learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khatima, District Udham Singh Nagar in Criminal Case No.577 of 2013, titled as "State of Uttarakhand vs. Dilbagh Singh".
