Mr. Priyank Kharakwal, learned counsel holding brief of Mr. Vijay Bhatt, learned counsel for the Appellant in CRLA No.127 of 2017.

2. Mr. N. S. Kanyal, learned A.G.A. assisted by Mr. Vijay Khanduri, learned Brief Holder for the State.

3. Learned counsel for the Appellant in CRLA No.127 of 2017 submits that the Appellant/Applicant has filed Correction Application (MCRC No.3437 of 2025). Although the date of the judgment has been wrongly mentioned in the said application.

4. On perusal of the record, contents of the application and submission of the learned counsel for the Appellant/Applicant, it is clear that the Appellant/Applicant seeks correction in the judgment dated 16.12.2025.

5. The wrong mentioning of the judgment date is a clerical/typographical error, which does not affect the merits of the case.

6. Accordingly, the wrongly mentioned date of the judgment in the correction application shall be read as 16.12.2025.

7. For the reasons stated, the correction application is allowed.
