By means of the present writ petition, the petitioner seeks a direction from this Court to the Judgment Debtor/Award Debtor to deposit the entire awarded amount pursuant to the Arbitral Award dated 27.12.2021 before the learned District Judge, Dehradun, in compliance with the order dated 09.05.2025 passed by the learned District Judge, Dehradun in Execution Case No. 246 of 2023. The petitioner further seeks attachment of the assets of the Judgment Debtor/Award Debtor and detention of the erring officers of respondent no. 2 in civil prison until the due amount is paid.

2. By means of this writ petition, the petitioner seeks this Court to exercise the jurisdiction of the Executing Court, which is not permissible in any manner. Accordingly, the present writ petition is dismissed in limine.

3. Pending application, if any, stands disposed of accordingly.
