Mr. Yogesh Kumar Pacholia, learned counsel for the petitioners.

2. Mr. Suyash Pant, learned Standing Counsel for the State of Uttarakhand.

3. This writ petition was disposed of vide judgment dated 27.11.2025 with the following direction:-

"Having regard to the fact that petitioner is before Revisional Authority, the writ petition is disposed of by providing that till 15.12.2025 or till decision is taken on petitioner's revision petition or interim relief application, whichever is earlier, no coercive action shall be taken against him. The Revisional Authority is directed to decide the revision filed by petitioner after hearing all the stakeholders."

4. Today the matter is listed on time extension application.

5. It is submitted that due to lawyers strike, the revision filed by petitioner could not be decided and there is threat of demolition looming large over the petitioner.

6. Having regard to the fact of the case, the protection granted vide order dated 27.11.2025 is extended till 01.02.2026.

7. Accordingly, the time extension application, the same (MCC No. 2 of 2025) is disposed of.
