Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners,

Mr. Piyush Garg, learned counsel for respondent no.5
and the learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel for
the State.
2. It is submitted by the learned counsels that
the Director, Higher Education, Mr. Prof. V.N. Khali,
pursuant to our order dated 31.10.2025, has conducted
the physical inspection of the Government Post
Graduate College, Uttarkashi on 08.11.2025 and has
interacted with the Professors, staff and students and
has brought about peace amongst the staff and the
students and addressed misgivings; that it is submitted
that post the visit of Director, Higher Education, peace
has reigned in the Institution and the staff and the
students have assured that there would not be
repetition of the past events, and; that all the orders
passed against the petitioner and his wife have been
withdrawn.
3. In that view, it is prayed that the writ
petitions be disposed of.
4. The submission of the respective counsels is
placed on record.

5. The writ petitions stand disposed of.
6. There shall be no order as to costs.
7. As a sequel thereto, pending application, if
any, shall stand closed.
