Hon'ble Ravindra Maithani, J. (Oral) On behalf of the petitioner Neha, her husband

Shahban alias Chhotu had filed present petition so as to produce

Ms. Neha, the petitioner from the illegal custody and confinement of

the respondent no.4, her father.

2. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the

record.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that,

in fact, the petitioner was confined by the respondent no.4, Imran

illegally; the petitioner Neha is legally wedded wife of Shahban alias

Chhotu, through which, the petition has been filed. Therefore, the

petitioner had sought her release from the custody of her father.

4. Today, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit

that after filing of the petition, police has intervened and now, the

petitioner Neha is with her husband and they are present in the

Court.

5. Both, Neha and Shahban alias Chhotu, as identified by

their counsel are present before the Court. They have submitted

that they both have living together and they are major.

6. In view of what is stated by the petitioner Neha and

Shahban alias Chhotu, nothing survives in this petition. It stands

disposed of accordingly.
