JUDGMENT:

(per Sri Subhash Upadhyay, J.)

This writ petition has been filed for the

following relief:-

(i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent nos.2 and 3 to take appropriate action on complaint of petitioner and to provide the adequate security to the life and liberty of the petitioner.

2. In sequel to order dated 15.10.2025,

Secretary, District Legal Services Authority, Haridwar

has submitted a report dated 18.11.2025.

3. A perusal of the report indicates that the

parties appeared before the concerned Secretary

2025:UHC:10670-DB

where their statements were recorded and the parties

gave assurance to maintain peace and harmony. The

SHO, P.S. Khanpur, District Haridwar also appeared

and informed the Secretary, DLSA that no disputes or

altercations have been reported between the two

parties and that the last three weeks have passed

peacefully and the parties have assured that they will

maintain a harmonious relationship in future as well.

4. Said report is placed on record.

5. In view of the statements given by the parties

before the Secretary, DLSA, Haridwar, no further

orders are required in the matter. The writ petition

stands disposed of accordingly.

6. Pending applications, if any, also stand

disposed of.
