As per the order-sheet dated 16.07.2025, passed by the coordinate Bench of this Court, whereby it is mentioned that the present criminal revision is directed against the judgment and order dated 24.08.2023, whereby the application under section 125 CrPC filed by the revisionists for maintenance has been rejected by the learned trial court due to lack of territorial jurisdiction as the respondent no.2 is residing in Azamgarh, Uttar Pradesh in view of Section 126 of CrPC.

4. Since the today's cause list, the matter has been listed, though as per order-sheet dated 16.07.2025, matter is noted to be listed for 08.08.2025 for admission.

5. In the interest of justice, list this matter on 16.09.2025.
