(Special Judge, POCSO), Dehradun in Case Crime No.50 of 2025, under Section 376 of IPC registered at Police Station Doiwala, District Dehradun in S.S.T. No.48 of 2025 dated 03.06.2025 (First Bail Application No.707 of 2025) vide judgment and order dated 03.06.2025.
