1. Since common questions of law and fact are involved in these writ petitions, therefore they are heard together and are being decided by a common judgment. However, for the sake of brevity, facts of WPSS No. 2431 of 2024 alone are being considered and discussed.

2. Petitioner is serving as Assistant Teacher (Primary) in a Government Primary School Lucknow Development Block Gadarpur, District Udham Singh Nagar. According to petitioner, her child is physically disabled and there are no medical facilities for his treatment, therefore, she has sought transfer to some other school in Sanjay Nagar within the same District.

3. According to her, Transfer Committee has also recommended her case; however, Competent Authority rejected her request for transfer only on the ground that dead line for transfer has expired.

4. Since petitioner's case has been 2025:UHC:7353 recommended by Transfer Committee and petitioner is also suffering personal hardship on account of disability of her child, therefore, writ petition is disposed of by directing the Competent Authority to look into the matter and pass appropriate order as per law within three months from the date of presentation of certified copy of this order.

5. Pending application(s), if any, stand disposed of.
