            The challenge is made to the judgment and order

dated         23.02.2016       in        Original        Application

No.331/00009/2015, Amit Mandal Vs. Union of India and

others,     passed     by   Central   Administrative       Tribunal,

Allahabad Bench, Allahabad (Circuit Sitting at Nainital).

2.          Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused

the record.

3.          At   the    very   outset,    learned      counsel    for

respondent nos.2 & 3 submits that the controversy has

already been decided by the Division Bench of this Court in

WPSB No.576 of 2017, Manas Kumar Hazara Vs. Central

Administrative Tribunal, Allahabad, on 11.08.2025.

4.                                  Learned counsel for the petitioner very fairly

concedes that, on facts, the proposition, as made by

learned counsel for respondent nos.2 & 3, is not disputed.

5.                                  Since, the matter is covered, instant petition is

decided in terms of the judgment dated 11.08.2025, passed

by the Division Bench of this Court in WPSB No.576 of

2017, Manas Kumar Hazara Vs. Central Administrative

Tribunal Allahabad.
